Tasty Taco Recipe:
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/2 Red Onion, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 can Black Beans, 1/2 packet taco seasoning, Salt, Pepper
Saute Peppers, Onions and Garlic in pan (~5-7mins)
Add can of black beans with ~2 Tablespoons water
Let cook for another 5 minutes (Medium Heat)
Cut up all of your toppings (I used, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cilatro, Avacado)
Assemble Tacos! (Don’t forget the Cheese, Sour Cream and Salsa!)
